Our Stop Smoking Pledge for in-office sessions
Please read our pledge to the end
- If you're still smoking, we'll ask you to bring your pack of cigarettes with you to a Private office session.
- Bring your lighter to the session if it's not a keepsake.
- Do you have a favorite ashtray? If so, bring your ashtray as well
- At the end of the session, I will ask you to crush your cigarettes and throw them into the basket along with your lighter and ashtray. They will be permanently disposed of.
A pre-appointment interview by Phone or Zoom
An interview is ask for, before setting a time and date for a Stop-Smoking Session. We will establish the reason why you want to stop smoking and the benefits of stopping it.
Results from your pre-appointment interview
Your pre-appointment interview will produce one of three results.
- An appointment with a date and time for stop smoking.
- We've uncovered this may not be a good fit at this time.

You'll be sent the following before your appointment
- I Free To be intake sheet.
- Questionnaire on Smoking habits.
- True and False questions on Smoking
Payment at the end of the session
- We'll ask for you to throw your cigarettes into the trash
- Sign a contract agreeing you are a non-smoker only then
- Payment will be accepted by Cash, Check, or Credit Card
What if I don't throw my cigarettes away?
Thank you for visiting us, you will owe us $ Zero dollars
What if I start smoking the next day, week or year?
No one can say it may not happen. You're the one who will make it happen, and you'll know it at the end of the session if you're a none smoker
